Have you ever seen a Tiger? We sure have. Here is our wonderful experience witnessing the great Bengal Tiger. Our journey started early at 5 a.m. when we boarded the bus to Jim Corbett National Park. Jim Corbett National Park is actually named after Jim Corbett, a naturalist and a hunter who helped build the national park. He was known for taming man-eating tigers and leopards because they had taken the lives of many people in the village near the forest. We also learnt that he used to live in Nainital.

During the safari, we got to sit with our friends in the jeep. In the beginning, we thought we wouldn’t see any animal but then luckily spotted a Barking Deer. We were tired because we stayed up all night playing board games but the animals kept us awake. We spotted a beautiful spotted deer as well. We started wondering when we would see a tiger as we were all looking forward to spotting one. Our jeep was strolling in the jungle where we saw a beautiful and colorful peacock with blue and green feathers. After a while, we could not see any animals. But then, we spotted a majestic tiger. It made the entire safari worthwhile.

After a long time, the safari ride was over. We were very sad because we wanted to see more animals. But we were happy too because we got to take part in this amazing experience. We loved it so much that we will come again and we would recommend you to visit Jim Corbett National Park as well.
