Exploring the Pink City of Jaipur 2025

The Pink City of Jaipur felt like magic to us. Our journey was organised by EdTerra Edventures and was one of the best trips ever. The city was full of history, colour, and royal charm. Every place we visited had a story, and it felt like we had gone back in time.

Our trip to Jaipur started with a visit to the Albert Hall Museum, and honestly, the heat hit us the moment we stepped out of the bus. It was a bright day, and the museum looked so grand and beautiful with its old, amazing things. We next went for the Jhalana Safari, which is India’s first Leopard Safari Park. The whole experience was very thrilling for us. The roads were dusty, and the sun was shining bright. But we all were very excited, hoping to spot a leopard.

Later, we went to the City Palace, which was filled with an exquisite sense of beauty with over 300 sculptures. Next, we headed to the Jantar Mantar, where we saw huge instruments that measure time and study celestial bodies. Soon, we got some time and went shopping on the streets around the famous Hawa Mahal of Jaipur. We were informed by our guide that the palace was built by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh in 1799 to allow royal women to see city life and festivities.

We also had the opportunity to visit a store called PDKF, which stands for Princess Diya Kumari Foundation, which supports local Rajasthani artisans. Our trip to Jaipur was full of fun, laughter, and learning. Thanks to EdTerra Edventures, we got to see Jaipur in the best possible way ever. The city is truly the ‘Pink City’ because it left a warm and beautiful glow in our hearts.
